Refund Policy

Return window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. Requests made more than 14 days after delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

What you can return

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products — you do not need to provide a reason to start a return.

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be new and unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within the same 14-day window. Tell us which item you'd like instead when you start your return and we'll arrange the exchange.

How to return an item

Returns are made by mail. To start a return, email sales@sffwarehouse.com with your order number, and we'll send you the return address and instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for a return we do not receive.

Restocking fees

We do not charge restocking fees. Returns are accepted at no cost to you beyond return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
