These terms govern your use of the SFF Warehouse website and your purchase of closeout and overstock inventory. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to them.
Accounts
You must provide accurate business information when registering and are responsible for activity under your account. Pricing and ordering are available to verified business accounts.
Orders & pricing
All lots are sold wholesale, in bulk, and subject to availability. Prices shown to signed-in accounts are quoted per unit and may change until an order is confirmed.
Authentication & inventory
We UPC-authenticate lots before they ship. Product photos and descriptions are provided as-is; closeout and overstock goods may vary in packaging or date codes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SFF Warehouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or resale of purchased goods.
